There is no guarantee of allotment in HNI(s -upto 10 lakh) category. It depends on subscription if subscription is more there is lucky draw. I applied 14 lots but not got allotment
It all depends on are promotes Willing nto participate and how much shares they are going to tender. Total no. Of shares to be bought back = 2267000 (approx.) Number of shares with non promoters = 95 lakhs (approx) So acceptance ratio will be more than 24 percent (theoretically, if promoters do not participate)
And retail portion is minimum 15 percent. If retailers hold more than 15 percent then it's proportional for all. Here retailers hold more than 15 percent so there is no use of quota as shares offered to retailers will be more than 15 percent of total buyback size.
The retail quota is under subscribed so at what price I will get the allotment ( i have bid at cutoff price). Also its currently showing 93% subscription its over 90 percent so its valid. But one dilemma still remains if some bids turn out to be invalid due to various reasons like( apply from more than one D mat account (same person) , the money not present in account and the bid turns to be invalid, other reasons) And now the actual subscription becomes less than 90 percent then will the FPO be cancelled???
9.65 percent acceptance ratio
Not bad if price does not fall drastically.
