As per Zeebus Anil singhvi In shareholder allotment will be application basis only just like retail. Please guide

Yes, this so called expert has given that view without any basis. It is going to be proportionate basis for allocation in SH category. Though, due to oversubscription as expected in max lot applications, only those who applied 13 lots may get some allocation on lottery basis. For others (12 lots or less), better luck next time.

Problem with Zerodha
I have share in demat which credited on 29th August (right of Spencer)
but watchlist and Holding in kite app not showing it because it is updated upto last date.

Hence i. Not able to sell

Any solution❓
