My amount for Devyani IPO has not been unblocked (I used UPI Mandate). Bank (Union Bank of India) says they cant unblock without the other party initiating unblock request. Registrar says they have sent all instructions for unblocking. NPCI simply doesn't respond to complaints. What to do ??
