Who are all applied SBI Carts IPO through ICICI bank UPI mode, First send the mail to ICICI bank customer care and another mail to Registrar of this IPO sbicard.ipo@linkintime.co.in

I am also faced the same issue , Bidding Amount blocked in ICICI bank Account nearly 1 month ,I have the sent the mail to above mail id (sbicard.ipo@linkintime.co.in )with UPI mandate screenshot ,now that amount is unblocked.

I have sent mail to icici customer care and Registrar of this IPO sbicard.ipo@linkintime.co.in
but there is no resolution yet. SBI linktime ppl have sent mail to ICICI bank but no response yet.

Could you please suggest what to do else to resolve this
