I had buy shrenik ltd on date 7 Oct 2020, is it possible to get bonus and split benefit in this stock.

I had bought 500 share in shrenik ltd on 7 th Oct ,this morning in my account 500 share of shrenik ltd has been debited and 1000 shares has been credited .I had bought at the rate of rs 51. Now the rate in nse is showing rs.9.90 ex split.i did not sold any shares so far.so what is the status now.?please let me know wheather I will be getting more share ,if so much?thank you so
