Do you want to say that all North Indian applicants get IPO allotments, and rest of Indians don't get IPO shares allotments? Practically, This assumption is Not True. Only Rahul Gandhi supporters should think like this. It is only luck because When any IPO is over subscribed, a lottery system is used to allot shares to applicants, irrespective of the region of the applicant. Even I haven't got any single IPO allotments till date. So hold your mouth and imagination Horses. Keep trying!

Why you people are always says North India South India. There are nothing like that. and if we talk about IPO it is fully lottery based system not state, cast, political, rich poor etc. I have also not get any IPO in last 5 Yr. just beacuse of all IPO which are I have subscribe is already over subscibe by minimum 50 time. Its matter of demand and supply or issue vs subscription.
