I applied for Rolex ring ipo today.i got google pay upi mandate request,but when I authorized it,my request failed.But i got a message from my bank confirming mandate is successful and money got blocked.can anyone tell me could I get the ipo allotment or not and my money will be refunded or not if my ipo is not allowed?

Same issue over here with the error message. First message says "your upi-mandate has failed on upi app due to um9. application# rolexim12345". Second message says upi mandate successfully created towards rolex rings limited and funds are blocked. But google pay says the request was rejected. My fund is frozen in my bank a/c. What will happen now? will my fund get unfrozen today or after the end of mandate? Can I reply today because it's the last day for rolex ring?
