I have 300 shares of Matrimony.com as on recorded date.
I have applied 150 shares under buy back offer.
32 shares were accepted under buy back offer.
What is the criteria for this allotment?

Sir,
You have tendered 150 shares only though you are holding 300 shares on the Record Date. Acceptance will be based on the number of shares tendered for the buyback subject to the maximum number of the shares held on the Record Date. That’s why I used advise to tender all the shares held on the Record Date to get the maximum benefit.
