They have correctly accepted 28 shares as detailed below.
You have not rendered all the shares (270) held on the Record Date but rendered 60 shares only. At the first instance, they have accepted the entitled 21 shares. Out of the remaining 39 shares (60-21) additional proportionate accepted shares are 7. That’s why, i have been advising to tender all the shares held on the Record Date. Unfortunately, the investors are not taking care of the methods of the acceptance and are not getting the maximum benefit. Next time, take care. All the best.
