any one please help me to know .. i m very small trader and this is my second sme ipo. one is mangalam alloy whihc is almost 50 % down and this one is also 50% down. very hard earned money is stuck.. do i book loss or is there any scope to revive. any one who know sme ipos pls help me. om shanti
