What's your views on forthcoming GAIL buyback as it will be tander offer (most likely)?

The number of investors have been increasing in many folds and hence the AR may not be that much attractive as seen in TCS. However, I still believe that this buyback will reasonably be good. I am hopeful that the Buyback price will be around Rs.160/- or Rs.165/-. I wish to place buy order @ Rs.148/-. Let us wait and see. All the best,Sir. Thank you.

@KAMMA SIVA RAMA KRISHNA ji, As GAIL has announced buyback@190, can we enter at the CMP 155? And what should be the strategy further until 22nd April Record Date, buying on dips? Thanks a lot in advance.
