@team chittorgarh: its good calculator, giving nice info about expected profits as per expected AR and share price after buyback. Most range of AR is taken so good to compare also. Else AR can be taken as input data to give one output entry but here showing all data for all AR gives good info at one place for compare also. Good job done.

I couldn't understand what below means in "assumptions". it has no role in this calculation since data shown is as per all expected AR.
"The Profit and loss analysis table is based on assumption that lesser than 50% of retail investors participate in Buyback. "

This data given under this, also has not much relevance i think, anyways doesn't matter : "TCS Buyback Retail Acceptance Ratio"

Pls also add that the profit portion from buyback is free from taxes and profit from shares not sold in buyback would be liable for taxes.
