How apply rights issue in kotak security

My demat account in kotak security and bank link with icici please confirm rights issue payment kotak security ya icici bank

Sorry, I haven't received any notification from chittorgarh.com that I got a reply here. May be I forgot to tick Track replies.
Anyway you can use this info for future purpose.
As ASBA is a bank facility, you can use it from your linked account (in your case ICICI) to apply Rights. From Kotak Securities it is a mess to find-out Apply Rights option. IPO is there but Rights, I have no clue, at least in this case.
