Today I have purchased 21 shares at the average price of Rs.2232/-. In the next phase, I will try to purchase 20 shares at around Rs. 2210/-, if available before the stipulated date. Thank you.
@KSRK sir: today it was available below 2200, as i informed some days back my opinion to add but i didnt checked it during market time so missed to add. Will add going forward.
Respected KSRK sir, I have purchased qty 35@2205. Pl suggest how many qty required to be purchased to become eligible for small investor I.e. less than 2 lakh. Regards
Suneel ji, If you purchase 80 shares of Ajanta pharma at around Rs.2220/- tomorrow, it will be more advantageous as from 10/01 onwards the price of the share is likely to increase due to mad rush to purchase the shares during the closing week of the Record Date. Please read the messages of all the Buyback pages to better understand the topic. Thank you.
Lokes ji may please share the links concerned about the Buybacks.
@suneel: you can get more info on buyback from here: https://www.chittorgarh.com/article/buyback-of-shares-meaning-procedure-and-taxation/517/ https://investorzone.in/everything-about-the-buyback-you-want-to-know/
you will get mail after record date is over for your eligibility and shares holding on record date. you can place order for all shares as holded on record date as per mail (but it should be in your demat while placing order in buyback , so if you are selling after record date then you can buy again to tender if you wish or you can tender remaining quantity). In buyback mail, dates will be mentioned for tender period upto which you can tender shares in zerodha.
