@KSR sir @Lokes @ Noorul @ all mentors... request your guidance to understand when can a retail investor buy the share when a buy back gets announced...for example if I buy moil, mayur ubiquoters and kpr mills today @ 10 Feb will I be able to pledge my shares to company to buyback...

Noor ji,
No for MOIL as today is the last day for bidding the shares for the buyback.
In case of the KPR MILL, the Record Date is 19/02/2022. So, you can purchase upto 15/02 if you wishes so. In case of the MAYUR UNIQUOTERS, the Record Date is 23/02/2022. So, you can purchase upto 18/02 if you wishes so. 19/02 n 20/02 are holidays.
