I have 50 RE shares from M&M Finance. and I have received confirmation letter from M&M and 50 RE shares are showing in my Demat Account. but when I want to buy online my Demat and PAN is not accepting and giving message enter 16 characters even I enter the correct details.i have registered in easi with same demat and pan. please advise how to buy my shares. I have NRO account is this any problem.

In KFIN site you may be entering DPID and PAN. It's incorrect. Need to enter DPID beginning with IN........ (8 digits) followed by your Customer ID (8 digits) , adds to 16. Nowhere do you need to enter PAN number.
