@KSRK: you got mail from postal ballot result mail ?
i heard that promoters will be tendering only 1.07 lakh shares....can you please check mail and confirm this.
Nucleus can have very good acceptance ratio in retail and general category both then since free float is very less and buyback size is good enough. Quarterly results for this were not encouraging but still for buyback purpose, it should be a good deal.

I am not expert of this document, but as per my understanding promotors are not participating. So yes AR should be healthy.

@KSRK: ok you might have bought after 8th oct so you didnt got the mail for voting and results.
@ducckyduck: the pdf/link you shared is having only results, don't have any record or detail about promoters participation in buyback. In document, it was mentioned that promoters are not participating in voting :)
Whoever got mail (who were holding shares before also) , there it was mentioned- it seems as i have read comments others.
