Very bad service, customer care won't respond properly and unfair charges are charging to customers. Like, for an NRE account, each traded scrip they are generating a new contract because they are charging Rs.150 as PIS charges for each contract note. Even the PIS charges are increased by 50% from July 20 onwards without any intimation.
