I too had similar issues. You won't find your holdings in your account and hence not able to sell any shares whenever you like to do so. They were not prompt in resolving their issues. Further they claimed that they are not responsible for their system problem. I had to wait for 35 days to get out of this situation. I had to sold 95% of my holdings on loss when I get an opportunity to sell and end up in big losses. To whom should I raise a complaint in such situation?
