I have account with Kotak securities from 2004 to 2014 and from 2014 to till date with 5 Paisa . Brokerage of Kotak is higher than 5paisa.Customer serive and reports of Kotak securities are excellent and clear where 5paisa reports are very poor I.e.No DMat statements are sent co clients,Contract note are confusing and hidden calculations of Transaction Charges,STT,SEBI Charges.You can not find actual cost of portfolio holdings .Where Kotak securities provide portfolio tracker rate of purchase and separate Charges in detail.
