Hi had one of my bad day today talking to 5PAISA customer services executive She could not first understand the problem, after explaining asked me to wait and on and off she came on line and gave vague explanations for my issue, regarding unable to access "Funds Transfer Out facility" not being able to access. After holding my call for close to ONE HOUR she could not solve the problem and said will transfer my call to her Senior. She transferred the call to Automated response mode without ensuring that it went to senior (I doubt if it was done intentionally to get rid of me). Finally, I had to disconnect and call again and as always the person to whom I spoke did not come on line and I was asked to state my problem once again to the new executive!! This is the modern world where we do not know to whom we are talking, who is responsible to answer.? I really wonder whether our monies are safe with entities offering such substandard services?
