WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. back bone of any broker is customer service., it seems they have kept some undergraduate or become graduate but without simple knowledge of market operation. they themself dont know answer to any queries and complaint. i had issue about my mutual fund unit kept as margin as per sebi . they didnt give limits and i sent them more then 15 emails (i have kept as records if need arise) but they didnt solved and they closed my complaint with simple standard answer that mY complaint is solved. if you are small investor then 5 paisa is best in all other aspects but if you are big investor or trader and by chance if u are unlucky and u have any complaint or any issue u will be mad solving it .its my personal experiance . if i have to rate their customer service then i will rate them negative 10
