Customer care have no understanding of what stock and IPO is, they don't follow SEBI guideline. Faced few issues: 1. No option to cancel/ view applied IPO. Once you have applied, you have no option to check or cancel it. 2. No option to apply for OFS. 3. If you load money to your account, chances are you have to wait 3-4 days before you can trade with it. 4. Customer care persons are the most illiterate ones. I and gradually migrating all my family account to other broker.
