During the pandemic, COVID-19 IIFL charges me a total of 460Rs. for delivery of my trading notes when all India was in lockdown. I send so many emails with no reply and no refund till date. I am using my account with them for the last 10 years and all my transactions are online for the last 10 years. with email delivery..
Looks like they did a big scam and if they have charge this amount to half of their customers it's a big money. Can someone advise where I can complain about the same.
