5paisa executed trade without any order being placed from my side.
Those are sell trades from shares in my portfolio (ICICI Bank and Marksans Pharma).
They sold ICICI Bank 780 shares and Marksans Pharma 300 shares without my knowledge on 08-Sept-2020.
Also, tilldate of writing they didn't shared any Contract Note i.e. they tactfully suppressed it.
I do not owe any money to 5paisa, so not able to understand how they sold my shares without my knowledge or order placement.
Due to this dubious activity of 5paisa, I lost amount around Rs. 10,000.
It is a horrible experience when a broker executes trades without account owner's knowledge.

Can share more details along with all proofs and screen snapshots if needed.
Please stay away from an unfaithful broker.

After calling the customer care of 5paisa, got the clarification that some quantities of my recently bought shares (ICICI Bank, Marksans Pharma) were sold (based on the purchase day's highest price) as is was option closure and they were unable to arrange those quantities to settle my order.
I am fine with their explanation, but at the end was expecting some form of communication from them to make myself aware of the proceedings initiated.
