I am feeling I should have opened Zerodha instead of 5paisa. In the lure of low cost i am losing out patience with their systems. Sell authorization does not work, in the process losing out on good price to sell. Few features disappear in web and mobile. Mobile app, even if you update, its doesnt do much, only if you uninstall and install, you get to see so many changes that went under your nose. Poor support - email responses are 24 hrs late, simple queries which can be resolved during trading hours, one will get response only post 7pm. I wonder if they are accumulating all the queries of the day and responding all at one go after work hours.
I have Platinum, my query on extra brokerage charged is still "under discussion". I doubt they will acknowledge their error and garb with it technical reasons why it is charged.

Enabling Margin takes no time, but when asked to remove it took more than 2 weeks to sort it.

Lots more to mention but just exasperated to even write it.

I hope CEO, CTO or CIO, whoever cares is reading reviews in the 5Paisa Support page as well as online review. All the best, i am out when my subscription expires!
