5Paisa is chor company. Their marketing strategy is to tell 10 Rs. flat brokerage, but there are so many hidden charges you need to pay. The customer service is the worst in the world. The customer service team including the Escalation head is not able to understand basic English and Hindi. Without resolution every time they closes the ticket and never able to response any queries. You need to re-verify your ledger every morning to check the hidden charges. They will activate so many plans without your permission and loot your money like anything.
