I have opened account with Prostocks after my account with Karvy got blocked (due to blacklisting of Karvy). The main reason why I opened account with Prostocks was it was not having any AMC charges which looked like a good deal for me in the start (as Karvy used to charge 300-500 per year).
As I was a new person to stock market and usually trader very rarely using my Karvy account.
The account opening was very easy and the staff were very cooperative for the account opening process.
After opening the account when ever I had issues with any of my transactions I just used to call customer care, this is where I found the main difference compared to my previous broker.
The customer support was very responsive, they did not only resolve my problems and even had explained me the reason why it has happened and what is the provisions of their software and helped me in learning on how to use their software.
I still remember when I had a issue, I have spoken to some one named Mr. Toshniwal whom I later found out was one of the key persons in the Prostocks. He has taken extra effort to resolve my issue and has even explained me the provisions of the software and helped me in understanding the software and app in better detail.
After this I had referred even my parents to open demat account with the same broker now apart from my account I also have opened 3 more accounts for my family members.
The other best part is that there is continuous improvements in the mobile app and the PC app along with the web user interface and they frequently provide the demo trades for new users like us to get accustomed to the software before actually using the app/software.
For a person who is not a trader and for persons who are new to stock markets and looking for investing in stocks and other instruments and occasionally perform trading the normal plan of Flat 15/- per trade is very comfortable and for professionals I feel that the unlimited plan of 899/- per month is a big deal being given at a very cheap price, when compared to the deals they make and the profit they earn.

This is my review after using the mobile app/PC software and online web trading platform for over two years.
