The iOS app is very slow as like the trading platform Swift 3.0. The iOS mobile app does not have much features except buying and selling.

Sometimes the SWIFT 3.0 displays funny things like price for the stock which we have the ticker symbol for another stock present in the Watch list. I have never seen such kind of slowness (SWIFT 3.0) in any application. They need to spend some money for the servers.I feel like booking train tickets in IRCTC website during 2008 to 2010 period.
The customer service is below average and you get frustrated when they simply ask you to wait for sometime, the issue will resolve automatically. It seems they are new and do not know the actual business.
Brokerage charges are very high.
AXIS direct doesn''t provide any charts for us to analyze and buy.

The webinar trainings are good and thats the only positive and free of cost they provide.
