The customer care of axis direct is clueless about any challenge you face on the axis regarding trading on axis direct platform and they talk as if they are doing a favor to the customer by opening the account and letting them trade. For technical queries they say please write to the exchange and seek clarification as if i am trading on the exchange.. one really wonder how they will survive in this competitive environment..
