Axis Direct are the biggest fraud out there. After a month of trading in Futures i suddenly noticed that their interface shows wrong average traded price. Because of this the futures which were actually in loss was shown in profit after few days. As a result I lost close to 70,000 rs in a span of 10 days. I dug deeper and found out that none of the reports match each other on the settlement price. Their next day settlement report shows much higher price than the traded price even after considering brokerage and all other charges.
I called up their customer care, gave remote access and showed all the evidence.
After that total silence from them.
After few days I again called and asked to speak to supervisor but they said nobody was available and they will call back.
No body called even after 3 days.
I strongly suggest not to use Axis Direct. They have horrible support and have no clue to what they are doing. Their systems are one of the worst with may major technical flaws.
Please note I am not a biased user and I can share screenshots of the issues I faced as evidences.
