I have been trying to re-activate my mother's account which is inactive for a while now. Every time I send out the filled in application, they come up with some reasoning that their company name is changed, then they said the version is changed. Now they are telling I have not prefixed the name. The customer care folks are not having any knowledge about how the documentation works. Even after asking them multiple times about what is the best way to re-activate the account first and then make other changes, they are not willing to share any details. This has frustrated me for more than a year now. I advise people not to open any account with this company they are not fit to serve customers and provide a resolution. This platform must not entertain NUVAMA and encourage people to create account on their platform.
