Unprofessional customer service. Queries and concerns will not be attended / addressed despite multiple follow ups. Promised callbacks will never come after a problem is addressed. Hours of follow up's with multiple people will still get you no results. And many more issues which I rather not add in this forum. One feels completely at mercy of such an unprofessionally managed company.
