The worst airline service to date.
Alongside Swiss denied boarding via Switzerland to Serbia due to made up reasons which didn’t comply with the official government statement.
Worst of all, after providing all documents with further bookings and with new tickets after boarding denial the customer service delivered even worse service by claiming that it’s our responsibility to check all needed documents (regardless of the fact that we’ve posted three different flights, government regulations, flat bookings etc).
It is hard to describe a worse case, Ryanair seems like a Dream airline comparing to this utter rubbish.
