If I apply more than one lot for example I applied 3lots+3lots+3lots= 9lots from 3 PAN and if retail category is subscribed by 9 times than what are the chances of allotment? Is it considered 9/9 or 3/9 please explain it.

As per my understanding, if ipo is oversubscribed then your chances will still be 3/9, as chances has nothing to do with quantity, but how many people have applied against lot available. Also you can think this way that each individual can apply for 3 lot same as you so that doesn't mean it will increase chances of getting allocation.
