I have applied for correction in PAN card on MAY, 2018.

My acknowledgement no. is N-363249700069981.

Still The application status is showing,
Your application is under process at NSDL - TIN Facilitation Center.You may contact TIN FC 0891 - 2502523/9951923344 where the application was submitted by you.

Also after I applied for PAN card, I didn't receive any confirmation mail or SMS. I need PAN card very urgent.

So please help me out and let me know the status.
