Dear NSDL team,

I have created a request for update for my PAN card, as the photo was almost erased.
Acknowledgement number: 030409708933310
I could see the following message: "We have received the document(s) in reply to the Discrepancy letter . However, document(s) is/are not valid."

I just want my photo to be updated, and rest all details can be as they are.
Can you please let me know the status of this application?

Dear RanganadhPVN,

Your PAN application is marked for discrepancy in Name. The name in Income Tax Database is not matching with name mentioned in PAN application. The Letter explaining this discrepancy has been sent to you on April 14, 2018. For more details, kindly write us at customerservice@nsdl.co.in
