I have applied for name change on 7th dec,2017 and till date i have not received the PAN. i have given all required documents including marriage certificate. Have been calling 020 - 27218080, every time new person takes the call & ask me to wait because documents have not been uploaded. Case was escalated, even then the status is the same. its been two & half month i have applied and i am still at ground zero. Can anyone help me.
