Hello,

Not sure how it works. my wife had a PAN card which she lost when her wallet was stolen. Now, we are applying for PAN to re-issue but copy of PAN card is not valid for proof of identity. We have submitted Corporater''s Annexure B letter as well but the status shows Proof of identity not provided/ not valid. Please help to re-issue the PAN card at the earliest.
