Earlier it said that if you have submitted a paperless application you do not need to send any supporting documents. Today, that message is not displayed anymore.
Now it just states: We have not yet received the supporting documents with respect to your application for ''New PAN Card or/and Changes or Correction in PAN Data''. Kindly submit the requisite documents to NSDL to enable us to process your PAN application at the earliest.
Should I submit my Proof of PAN by mail or not? Please reply asap.
Hi, thanks for the response. I did contact customerservice@nsdl.co.in, however, I did not receive a response. This is the second time my PAN application did not get processed. Please help me sort this out. I''m not sure what the exact issue is. Even the call center number is unreachable.
Hi, so I was able to speak to a customer service agent. They told me to mail a clarification letter, along with supporting documents. I have just done that.
