I had applied for reissue of my pan card on 10th May "ACKNOWLEDGEMENT NUMBER 034729701939811", Since then I am tracking and it is showing status "Your application is under process at NSDL - TIN Facilitation Center.You may contact TIN FC 044 - 28142845/46/47/48/49 where the application was submitted by you"

Respected Sir can you tell me status of my pan card, I need this on urgent basis as I am not able to complete my banking works.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I cannot contact you through the mail as your mailbox is full. Kindly suggest an alternative way contact.
This is second time I am applying for PAN card and I am really facing a lot of trouble without having it since 1 year.
My name in all my ID including Driving License, Voter ID, Aadhar Card, Passport & All other Certificates is Pritam Singh Negi. Except for this PAN Card (Pritam Singh) which is creating trouble for me.
Please help me how to get my pan card back, I am trying since 1 year. why it is so difficult to get this back.
This is not my fault if you people cannot type the name properly as all my id has the same name so this is not possible that I have given you the wrong name.
Please let me know how to get my PAN Back.

If applied through NSDL e-Gov, please provide the 15 digit acknowledgement number to enable us to provide status.
