PAN Application - ack. No. N - 881031113456410 dated : 2017-01-31.
I have sent the printout with supporting document by speed post and they are delivered 4th February 2017 16:45:00 to NSDL Pune.
But once I tack the status its showing me following comment.
"NSDL website is showing status that "We have not yet received the supporting documents with respect to your PAN application. Kindly submit the requisite documents to NSDL to enable us to process your PAN application at the earliest. For further details, please read the guidelines and instructions or contact TIN Call Center at 020 - 27218080"
Could you please suggest. Though I''''ve sent PASSPORT & ADHARCARD''''s Photocopy through speed post and even have a Proof Of Delivery.
Is this a serious issue? Because I''''m in an urgent need of PAN Card. Please help me out.

Hi Preeti, I also applied for a new pan card as same as you did. below are my steps: In my case I filled the form online 20-01-2017 and document sent by me on next day i.e 21-01-2017 . As per tracking by Indian post, document dispatched on 25-01-2017 to NSDL, but NSDL team has been update status on 8-02-2017 via email and next day status will be updated on site with below message " We have received the documents with reference to your PAN application. Your application is under process with NSDL. "
And till now same message showing on site, So Please be patient! because this process take a time minimum 30 day''s on whole process once they update status of received document then you need wait 15 day''s more.
