My PAN card application Acknowledgement# is N-881031111032741

I have sent documents TWICE to NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure Limited 5th floor, Mantri Sterling,Plot No. 341, Survey No. 997/8, Model Colony, Pune - 411016

1) IndiaPost Registry - Delivered: 05/02/2017 at 15:46:33
2) Trackon Courier - Delivered: 11/Feb/2017 at 11:57 - under COMPANY STAMP

But NSDL PAN Status tracking still shows that my documents have not been received by you. Can you please check what''s going on ?
