You can say MyValueTrade do not have back office software at all. You have to request for reports from their helpdesk & wait for them to respond.

The back office software they have only works on Internet Explorer. And just for your information Microsoft stopped support for Internet Explorer in Jan 2016, so IE is dead since then. If you have latest windows then you cannot access the back office software
