I feel the IPO route going to become free train to garner funds from public with out any legal liabilities. And finally it may translate in to Kingfisher airlines. The people garner funds become kings and we become fisher men on the sea shore. Could you go in more depth of the people personal could be cheating, frauds, theft, criminal, fudging numbers, default, family history, etc) who float IPO and to make good valuable , most reliable, and really trustworthy promoters.
