Need to know something about this,
What if i don't link my pan card with aadhar card as my pan is not linked with my aadhar what I will do is i will create a new pan card linked with aadhar card with 150 rupees fee.

And after 31 March my old pan card will get deactivated .in that way I can save 1000 rupees to link. What is issues with this idea ????

IF IT dept catch your such fraud, u will have to pay penalty of Rs.10000 under the section 272B
