How to lodge a complaint for non-allotment of IRFC shares? I applied for 7475 shares of IRFC at cutoff price in Retail category. As per the subscription status in Retail Category, it was oversubscribed by about 3.5 times. Now I applied for 13 times of the lot size of 575 shares. Therefore I should have been allotted 3 lots or 1725 shares but I haven't been allotted a single share. I want to file a complaint against this, where can I do that. Thanks.

Your logic is incorrect sir. First, out of all applications, only that many number of applications will be picked up that are equal to number of lots available. then each applicant will be given just one lot. After this process no lots will be available for allocation. So, you will get allocation only if your application is picked up in the draw. Else you will not get any lot allocated. So at max one applicant can get only one lot allocated. So never apply for more than one lot. It is meaningless
