Unable to place bracket order. Called customer care, they told your account is not enabled for F&O. After repeating that my cash orders also are being rejected, they consulted some technical team and told''we will get back to you''.
I discovered that normal orders in cash segment are going fine, problem is with only bracket orders in Cash and any F&O order.
On 02-Feb-2016, did intra-day trading in Cash segment.
On 03-Feb-2016, tried to do''Payout'', but got''Insufficient amount'' error. Tried''UnLein'', got the same error.
On 04-Feb-2016, today, I spent 3 hours and 7 calls to SBI Trade-on-phone and CustomerCare departments, and spoke to a bunch of useless morons who wasted my time without any positive result whatsoever.
First person tells it that I can submit payout request only after 72 hours from now.
Second person tells that there is an issue with SBI system after their upgrade on 31-Jan-2016.
Third person tell that I''m doing it all wrong.
Fourth person tells that it is a mistake from SBI side, but amount will take 72 hours after last trade to credit, provided I submit a payout request later.
Another person tells that he spoke to accounts department, and agreed to credit amount to the linked savings account by end-of-day 04-Feb-2016.
