I wanted to share a nightmare experience with SBI Capital Securities. I applied to subscribe e-token-based Speed-E facility. to transfer securities to another account. First of all, SBI Cap agent is incapable, unqualified, and incompetent to resolve any kind of issue. I submitted all forms that would be required to obtain Speed-E access. After submission, call every single day at 022-2269316510 to speak with a supervisor from the Escalation department. They deliberately avoided my call, and the agent said they were busy with other client (Called Big Mouth) . Finally, I decided to file a complaint against SBI cap securities since my issue has been pending more than 1 month.
