Very poor helpdesk.Evertime you make a call you keep repeating the Story to everyone attending to the call even if the complaint is the same. No one from management seems to be involved in resolution of pending issues even if it is six months old. No transparency in helpdesk. Complete chaos in data management. Different sets of data pops up in different windows for the same query. Poorly designed web platform, appears to have been designed by amateur even though the copyright is of TCS
